Yamuna Authority plots

The Yamuna Authority is running the live draw for residential scheme RPS10/2026 today. If you submitted an application for a plot in Sector 18, Sector 15C, or Sector 24A, you need to check your status right now. You can watch the manual draw process live on Ten News Network channels to see if officials pull your exact application number.

Securing a Jewar plot near the upcoming Noida International Airport remains the primary goal for most applicants today. Thousands of buyers competed for these specific sectors because they sit directly off the Yamuna Expressway. The authority is assigning plots that range from 120 square meters to 300 square meters. Demand completely outpaced the available land inventory this year.

Sector 18 and Sector 24A sit close to the planned commercial zones and the proposed film city infrastructure. Sector 15C sits further down the expressway but includes the exact same grid layout with wide sector roads and designated green belts. Because of the high application volume, the authority uses a randomized manual draw process to ensure a fair distribution for every applicant.

How to Check Your Draw Result

You need to take three distinct steps to confirm your plot status today.

  1. Keep your application form and payment receipt on your desk. You will need your exact application number.
  2. Open the official YEIDA website. The authority uploads the final list of successful applicants as a PDF within 24 hours of the live draw concluding.
  3. Match your application number with the published list.

Next Steps for Successful Applicants

If the draw selects your application number, YEIDA will issue an allotment letter. You will receive this document through registered post and your registered email address.

Read the payment schedule carefully. YEIDA usually requires you to pay the remaining allotment money within 60 days of issuing the letter. If you miss this deadline, the authority will cancel your allotment and forfeit your registration money. You must arrange your finances immediately. If you plan to take a home loan, contact your bank today with a copy of the official allotment list.

For applicants who do not get a plot, YEIDA will refund your registration money. The authority processes these refunds directly to the bank account you used during the application process. This transfer usually takes 30 to 45 days.
